We’re happy to announce that Stoffel Debuysere is the programmer of Doc’s Kingdom 2024!

Stoffel Debuysere is a curator of cinema, sound and audio/visual arts. He is a programmer for the Courtisane platform for film and audiovisual arts and a lecturer/researcher at the KASK School of Arts in Ghent where he obtained a PhD in 2017 with the project “Figures of Dissent – Cinema of Politics, Politics of Cinema”. Based in Brussels, he continues to organize various programs and events in collaboration with numerous organizations and institutions in Belgium and abroad. His current research is focused on the politics of the soundtrack.

The next edition of Doc’s Kingdom — International Seminar on Documentary Film will take place in Odemira, 19–23 November 2024.
